Polar Shift Survival During The Crisis
Disasters that are headed our way on 2012 are many but the one with the most effect would be the pole reversal. Polar shift survival resources that are reliable are being searched by many people for this reason.
Usually, Polar shifting is a gradual process and needs hundreds of years to finish. But do not just depend on them totally; you have to work with them to achieve the common goal and that is to survive the crisis and later to rebuild the world.
If you think the place is safe, chances are the surroundings will also be spared; get in tune with the surroundings where you will have your shelter. Learn all about your surroundings; know which plants are edible, which can be used for curing and which of them are poisonous.
Organize your survival group so everything will proceed in an orderly manner, and even in the midst of world destruction, you will still know what to do. When everything has passed, the change from shelter life to living in a new world will go smoothly, including the formation of a new civilization.

Can someone explain to me in very simple terms how to use a polarizing filter?
It doesn't come with instructions and I've read some stuff on the internet but I still am not sure when to turn it. Also, do you have to turn it in order to shoot through glass without reflections or does the filter just accomplish that without any action on your part?
I read that polarizing filters do not work indoors-- does this mean it's pointless to try to use one to take photos through glass indoors?
Reflected light is polarized, turning the mounted polarizer "cancels" the reflections so that you see the object not the reflected specular light. You turn the filter to dial in the amount of correction you desire since the angle at which the reflected light is the most polarized can vary depending on the angle of incidence of the illumination and the angle of reflection (it's a bit like shooting pool).
